Raymond DeSabato
Founder, CEO and President
Raymond DeSabato is a seasoned entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience in building technology companies. He previously served as CEO of Kuebix LLC, a supply chain SaaS enterprise. Under his leadership, Kuebix grew to over 100 employees and served 20,000 companies, at which point it was sold at an 8x return for investors. Ray has also led technology companies like Geo-Tech Polymers and SynQor and started his career at APC, managing worldwide operations for a $350M business unit.

Kenneth Heater
Founder, Chief Technology Officer
Ken Heater is the President and CEO of METSS, a technology development company he founded in 1994. He has managed over 150 R&D projects, authored more than 50 reports on decontamination technologies, co-authored two book chapters on the subject, and presented at international conferences. Ken holds seven patents and has successfully transitioned METSS technologies into six commercial ventures.

Scott Rader
Founder, Chief Innovation Officer
Scott Rader has 25 years of experience developing minimally invasive medical therapies. He has worked as a professor at JHU Hospital and with physicians at Stanford, inventing and commercializing products in laparoscopy, cardiovascular interventions, orthopedics, and 3D imaging. Scott holds over 40 patents, and several of his companies have been acquired or gone public.

Dave Johnson
Chief Commercial Officer
Dave Johnson is the former CEO of APC, a $4B company of Schneider Electric. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial operations, product development, and executive leadership, with expertise in both early-stage companies and large mature organizations. He is a veteran leader, board member, advisor, and published author.

Clint Mills
Senior Vice President of Products
Clint is a former executive at Fidelity Investments with over 30 years of experience leading global offshore technology teams. At Fidelity, he implemented and managed large-scale PaaS and SaaS technology offerings. Clint is a proven business leader in software development, product management, quality assurance, and strategic planning with multi-million-dollar P&L responsibility.

Kristian Olson
MD, MPH, DTM&H
Kristian Olson is the Director of the MGH Springboard Studio and a 24-year veteran at MGH. He is a Pediatrician, Internist, Chief Innovation Officer for the Department of Medicine’s Residency Program, and an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. He also serves as a member of the Core Educator Faculty at MGH. Dr. Olson has worked globally and is a serial innovator with numerous accolades, including being named to the Scientific American Top 10 Honor Roll.

Jim Miller
JD, MPA
Jim Miller is the Executive Director of Innovation Accelerator at Massachusetts General Brigham Hospital and co-founder of two medical device companies. He has served in various high-impact roles, including Chief Global Mentor for Mass Challenge, Executive in Residence at Partners (MGB) Healthcare Innovation, Director of the Massachusetts Environmental Crimes Strikeforce, and Senior Adviser to USAID. Miller has co-founded several successful enterprises, resulting in multiple exits and IPOs.

Pete Haaland
PhD
Pete Haaland is a freelance scientist with diverse interests and contributions, and has invented everything from fire suppression technologies to optical filters and treatments for bacterial, fungal, and viral infections. He has AB, AM, and PhD degrees in chemistry from Harvard and served as an officer and physics professor in the USAF. Haaland has held government roles at DARPA and IARPA and is a founding general partner of InnerProduct Partners. He’s been an advisory board member at Children’s National Medical Center, the National Research Foundation of Singapore, and the Executive Committee of the NFLPA’s Football Player’s Health Study at Harvard.

Shaw Warren
MD
Shaw Warren is a physician and pediatrician at MGH and an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School. He is also a member of the Medical and Scientific Staff of the Shriners Burn Institute and an associate faculty member of the Wyss Institute in Boston. He has extensive training in infectious diseases and has worked at the Institute Pasteur in Paris. Dr. Warren’s research focuses on bacterial infections and inflammation, and he has co-founded several biotech companies.

Paul Currier
MD, MPH
Paul Currier is a pulmonary and critical care physician at MGH, where he serves as the Medical Director of the Respiratory Acute Care Unit and the Quality Director of the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care. Dr. Currier is also an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School and the Director of Simulation and Experiential Learning at MGH.

Peter Bauer
CEO Mimecast
Peter Bauer is the co-founder and CEO of Mimecast, a company focused on email security through a cloud-based platform. Bauer played a key role in expanding Mimecast’s US business and securing significant funding. Mimecast was acquired by Permira in 2022 for $5.8B.

Chris Coghlin
President & CEO Coghlin Companies
Chris Coghlin is the President & CEO of Coghlin Companies, overseeing both Columbia Tech and Cogmedix. He focuses on enhancing employee culture and leadership to serve clients better. Coghlin is actively involved in the community and supports new manufacturing companies as a volunteer and board member.

Paul Seid
CEO RST Automation
Paul is the CEO of RST Automation, a developer of hospital instrumentation automation. Seid has led Strategic Data Marketing and Sultan Healthcare and served as President of the Dental Manufacturers of America. Paul has extensive experience in buying, selling, or establishing over 20 companies worldwide and serves on several advisory boards.
